“The British Colonial has little character to suggest that you are in the Bahamas. It feels much like any business-oriented Hilton in the US. It has a small beach but since there is a very large construction project to expand the hotel, all the outdoor activities are overwhelmed by the fences, noise and construction crane. Its redeeming asset is their very nice staff.”

“The hotel looks grand from the outside but don't be fooled.....The rooms are small and most of the windows, on the beach side, don't have a view and don't open to allow fresh air.... NO balcony.”
